These terms are agreed upon by the individual business "Arnaud Guilliams AG3D," located at 140 boulevard de la Madeleine, 06000 NICE, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Saint-Laurent-du-Var under number 443 997 879, hereinafter referred to as "Arnaud Guilliams AG3D," managing the site arnaudguilliams.shop, and any person or entity wishing to make a purchase via said site, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer."

Article 1 – Purpose
These conditions define the contractual relationship between Arnaud Guilliams AG3D and the Buyer, and apply to any purchase made through the website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. The Buyer confirms the purchase is for personal use and acknowledges full legal capacity to agree to these terms. Arnaud Guilliams AG3D reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms will be those in force at the time of order.

Article 2 – Products
Products available are those shown on the website, subject to stock availability. Product details are provided along with representative photos (non-binding). Sales are only valid for destinations that permit importation of the items.

Article 3 – Pricing
Prices are in Euros (€), VAT included. Changes in VAT may affect product pricing. Prices exclude shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Free shipping in mainland France for orders over €300; otherwise, shipping costs €16.

Article 4 – Ordering and Payment
The Buyer must create an account before ordering. Payment options include:

Check: Mail the printed order and check to the seller’s address. Shipping occurs after the check is cleared.
Bank Transfer: Buyer transfers payment after order confirmation. Processing begins upon receipt.
Paypal or Credit Card: Secure payment via PayPal. Once accepted, the order is confirmed.

The order confirmation indicates acceptance of terms. Buyers will receive confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Retention of Ownership
Products remain the property of Arnaud Guilliams AG3D until full payment is received.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law, the Buyer has 14 working days from delivery to return a product for refund/exchange (excluding custom items). Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Article 7 – Delivery
Shipping is available within designated geographical zones via Colissimo. Estimated delivery is 3–30 days. The Buyer assumes risk upon departure from the seller’s premises. Any damage must be reported within 3 days.

Article 8 – Warranty
All items benefit from the legal warranty (articles 1641+ of the French Civil Code). Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Article 9 – Liability
Arnaud Guilliams AG3D is not liable for internet-related issues (e.g., data loss, service interruption).

Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All content on the site remains the intellectual property of Arnaud Guilliams AG3D. No reproduction is allowed without permission.

Article 11 – Personal Data
Arnaud Guilliams AG3D will protect Buyer data per Law No. 78-17. Buyers may request data access, correction, or deletion.

Article 12 – Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will be sought first. Buyers may contact the seller via the site’s contact form.

Damaged Products
In case of transport damage, the Buyer must file a claim with the carrier and notify the seller within 48 hours with photos and documentation. The seller is not liable for carrier-caused damage but will assist.

Non-Conforming Products
Report product discrepancies within 7 business days. Proof required. Possible outcomes: repair, replacement, refund.

Right of Withdrawal Exemptions
No returns on custom items or digital files (e.g., STL). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Jurisdiction
In case of unresolved disputes, the parties may use mediation. If needed, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the seller’s local courts.
