Fang is a fictional character from the Marvel Universe, created by Chris Claremont and Dave Cockrum. He is a genetically engineered warrior created by the Lupak race to serve in the Shi’ar Imperial Guard. Fierce and aggressive, Fang possesses retractable claws and superhuman strength. He has fought both the X-Men and the Starjammers. During one of these encounters, he was defeated and stripped of his costume by Wolverine, who briefly wore it.

Fang made his first appearance in Marvel’s X-Men #107 in October 1977.
