Created by the talented Howard Chaykin and introduced in October 1976 in the pages of Marvel Premiere #32, Monark Starstalker stands as a cult and pioneering work of 70s space-opera. The story follows Monark, a former combat spaceship pilot whose nervous system was heavily damaged during an interstellar war. Rescued and repaired by an enigmatic extraterrestrial race known as the Technos, he owes his survival and enhanced senses to a symbiotic bond with a mechanical-cybernetic falcon named Ulysses. Having become a legendary and solitary bounty hunter at the edge of the galaxy, he tracks his targets across a ruthless pulp universe, armed with his vortex pistol and sword.
To transpose this cosmic legend into an exceptional collector's piece, my artistic vision consisted of capturing the raw energy and bold design of the original comic panels while pushing sculptural refinement to the absolute limit. I imagined a unique visual fusion by blending rich rococo-style ornaments with a sleek futuristic structure, highlighting his iconic pose—sword and laser pistol in hand. Crafted at 1/7 scale in an ultra-limited run of only 20 copies, this bust embodies the very essence of fine craftsmanship dedicated to the early great bounty hunters of the cosmic era.

En raison de ma charge de travail en solo et de l'exigence technique requise pour ne jamais saboter le rendu final, le délai est de 4 à 5 semaines.
