Nathaniel Richards, better known as Pharaoh Rama-Tut, is a fictional character from the Marvel Universe, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. He is a time-traveling human who seeks to control all of history. He is also known under the aliases Scarlet Centurion and Kang the Conqueror.
Originally from Earth-6311 (Other-Earth) in the 31st century, he becomes a pharaoh with his base of operations in Memphis, Egypt (circa 2900 B.C.). Rama-Tut made his first appearance in Fantastic Four #19 in July 1963.
